Judy is married to Carlton Niemeyer and mother of two children and has five grandchildren. She loves to travel, play tennis and bridge in her spare time.
Morgan Ashurst
Morgan is a graduate of Auburn University where he majored in Business Economics. He received his CCIM designation in April 2009. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Morgan is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is now serving as President of the Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Group. Morgan has been actively investing in and selling commercial real estate for the last 10 years. He currently specializes in Commercial, Investment and Real Estate Development. Morgan has also participated in developing subdivisions, a mini warehouse complex and office warehouses. He enjoys working with developers and investors who are searching for the right piece of property to maximize their returns. Morgan is married to Allison Norris Ashurst and they have three children.
Peggy DeVaney
Peggy has been an active member of the Team since 2003. She has lived in the Baldwin – Mobile area most of her life. Peggy is a graduate of both Spring Hill College in Mobile and UAB School of Nursing in Birmingham. She is a wife, mother, and volunteer who enjoys gardening, tennis, water sports and just being outside. Her varied careers and experiences have allowed her opportunities to work on her service skills and to nurture her caring personality.
Christy Flowers
Christy is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds degrees in Marketing and Interior Design. Her experience includes both residential and commercial design, as well as freelance styling for publications including Southern Living and Cooking Light. This background allows her to help clients see the potential in every home. Having moved to the Eastern Shore from Birmingham several years ago, she also understands the process of relocating to a new area and strives to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Christy is married to Kerry Flowers and they have 3 sons.
Randy Niemeyer
Randy has lived in Baldwin County all his life. He has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years, as well as a qualifying broker and an associate broker. In that time he has gained experience in residential sales, commercial sales and property management. For the past 15 years, he has also been a residential contractor, building everything from metal warehouse buildings to custom residential homes valued over a million dollars. Becky is a graduate of the University of Alabama, majoring in Communications with a minor in Marketing. She is the mother of two daughters, Hannah and Molly. After being in the corporate world for over 20 years, Becky enjoys the many rewards of being a realtor.

Tamatha graduated Summa Cum Laude, from The University of West Florida with a BA degree in Education. She was introduced to the real estate world by her late father-in-law, Mike McElmurry, Sr., and employer, Stark Irvine.
Tamatha has been a Realtor on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. She is known for her acute listening skills, professionalism and customer- first style of service. She also has 12 years experience of home design, interior design, and marketing, which gives her an edge in assisting her Buyers and Sellers.

Nancy Weitlich
Nancy holds an Undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Masters degree in Health from The University of Memphis. A Realtor for over 30 years, she's been licensed in four states. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she considers herself the "Token Yankee" of our team. Married to Bob Weltlich, Division 1 basketball coach for six universities, they have two grown children, Casey and Chad.
Nancy currently resides in Fairhope and previously lived in Mobile. Her knowledge of both Baldwin and Mobile counties brings credibility to her experience and assists in helping both first time homebuyers or seasoned real estate owners find just the right place to call Home! In her spare time, Nancy officiates high school volleyball games and junior and college tennis. She loves playing tennis and spending time at the beach.
